Casimir Fazzi, Jr., 54, of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, died Friday, April 11, 2008, at Elmhurst Hospital in Elmhurst. He was born November 20, 1953, in Chicago, the son of Casimir and Florence Irene (Glazier) Fazzi. He was a carpenter for the Cook County Forest Preserve for thirty years. He formerly served in the U.S. Army as a military policeman.
He is survived by his son, Casimir Fazzi, III of Kirkland, Illinois; his daughter, Jennifer Fazzi of Wheaton, Illinois; four brothers, Robert (Jeanne) Fazzi of Addison, Doug (Sue) Fazzi of Bensenville, Ezio Fazzi of Colorado, Julian (Darlene) Fazzi of Lombard; two sisters, Darlene Fazzi of Tennesee, Corinne (Mike) Montalbano of Plainfield; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service will be held at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15th at Quiram-Kirkland Funeral Home, 309 S. Fifth St., P. O. Box 337, Kirkland, IL 60146. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the funeral service.
