Marshall Douglas Olson, 54, of Genoa, Illinois, died Sunday, April 27, 2008, at his home. Born November 12, 1953, in St. Charles, Illinois, he was the son of Jerry and Jeannie Mae (Campbell) Olson.

He is survived by three daughters, Donna (Brett) Behrens, Tammy (Ray) Olson, Dana (Tom) Hill; three brothers, Larry, Lamont, and Don Olson; two sisters, Virginia Lake, Marcia Hufford; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Mona Hurd, and Peggy Scoggins.

He was a truck driver and member of the Teamsters Union. He was a member of the Genoa Masonic Lodge and the Tebala Shrine. He also belonged to several other fraternal organizations.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 3rd at the Masonic Lodge Hall in Genoa, 130 Highway Route 23, conducted by the Masonic Lodge members. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is established in care of Cooper-Quiram Funeral Home, P. O. Box 251, 202 E. Main St., Genoa, IL 60135.
